Chairman of the Management Board

The Chairman of the Management Board supervises the activity of the Bank and the Management Board within the framework and powers of the Bank’s Charter. The Chairman of the Management Board is elected for a  four-year term and can be re-elected for one additional term. The Chairman is responsible to the Council for the execution of its decisions, organization of the operations of the Bank and for the results of its activity. The powers of the Chairman are defined in the Bank’s Charter.
