Council of the Bank
The Council of the Bank is the supreme management body of the Bank, carrying out the general management of its activity.
Each member state of the Bank names one senior representative and one deputy to the Council, who become its members.
The Council’s current members are:
- Viktor Khristenko, Minister of Industry and Energy of the Russian Federation
- Dmitry Pankin, Deputy Minister of Finance of the Russian Federation
- Bolat Zhamishev, Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
- Kuandyk Bishimbayev, Vice Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan
