This website («Website») is maintained by the Eurasian Development Bank (EDB), an international organisation founded by the Russian Federation and the Republic of Kazakhstan as per the Agreement Establishing the Eurasian Development Bank dated 12 January 2006, and headquartered at: 98 Panfilova St., Almaty, 050000, Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. This legal disclaimer («Legal Disclaimer») sets forth the rules of use of this Website. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by the rules contained herein. EDB may at any time amend the rules set forth hereby with immediate effect. By continuing to use this Website after such amendment, you agree to be bound by the new rules. You are therefore urged to visit this page on a regular basis in order to familiarise yourself with the most current terms and conditions hereof.

Copyright and other rights in respect of all intellectual property incorporated in this Website or the visual appearance thereof, including but not limited to, texts, illustrations, graphics and codes («Content») belong to EDB or, where so expressly stated, third parties. This Legal Disclaimer shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of the Russian Federation, subject to international documents pertaining to the foundation and operation of EDB. In the event of any discrepancy between the Russian and English versions hereof, the Russian version shall prevail.

Any disputes or claims arising out of, or in connection with, this Legal Disclaimer shall be settled by arbitration at the International Commercial Arbitration Court of the Chamber of Trade and Industry of the Russian Federation in accordance with the rules thereof. The place of arbitration shall be Moscow. The language of arbitration shall be Russian. Any arbitral award shall be final and binding upon, and supersede all other remedies available to, the parties to the dispute.

17. Nothing in this Legal Disclaimer shall operate as a waiver by EDB of any immunity, privilege or preference granted to it under the Agreement Establishing the Eurasian Development Bank, international treaties, or any applicable law.

18. Failure by EDB to exercise or enforce any right or provision hereunder shall not constitute a waiver of such a right or provision. If any provision hereof is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions hereof shall not be affected thereby and remain in full force and effect.
