Both clear goal-setting and the understanding of obstacles to be overcome and issues to be resolved are part of the Bank’s 2008—2010 strategy. The slogan tied to the strategy, «Investing in Development and Integration», reflects the principal strategic goals of this new financial institution. The strategy is built around the hierarchy of four strategic goals and fifteen strategic tasks. We can now say with confidence that the Eurasian Development Bank has successfully reached the next phase in its development. It is now well on its way to becoming an efficient international development bank focusing on development and integration in Russia, Kazakhstan and the other Eurasian states.
