EDB Consulting Services
The Strategy and Research Department of the EDB possesses strong in-house expertise in a number of fields. It can also take advantage of experts working in other departments of the bank, such as Corporate Finance, Treasury, Risk Management, Projects, Legal, etc. Our particular strength is a vast pool of economic experts from the CIS countries, with which we can cooperate on short notice.
Consulting services are available in a variety of fields, including:
- sector and industry analysis in the CIS countries (Central Asian states and Russia in particular);
- Investment projects: viability analysis, project structure, macro- and microeconomic environment;
- CIS financial markets;
- Economic and legal analysis of integration agreements and structures; trade and investment flows; and
- Cooperation with other multilateral and national development institutions in project financing, etc.
The Bank strives to become a key centre of excellence for collecting and analysing data to support integration of the Bank’s member states.
