Project goals and objectives
The essence of the project is the development of a digital e-map platform for the city of Dushanbe as the central system for aggregating management information, encompassing automated tools for collecting data from existing departmental systems, the development and implementation of data format standards and interdepartmental information exchange procedures, and a modern digital tool providing city leadership with capabilities for operational analysis, visualisation and monitoring of key socio-economic and infrastructure development indicators.
