The project "Construction and Operation of Street Lighting Networks in the City of Atyrau" with a total length of 148,525 m is the fourth phase of JSC Batys Transit's programme for the construction of street lighting networks in the city of Atyrau. The project uses the public-private partnership mechanism and envisages the introduction of an Automated Outdoor Lighting Management System with dimming capability.
